Dear Brethren,

I hope all is well with you and yours! This year we will be meeting for the Feast at the Hampton Inn in Richland, WA. Richland is a part of the Tri-Cities (Kennewick and Pasco being the other two) in south-central Washington, being well known for lots of sunshine and warm weather.

The area offers fishing, boating, water-skiing opportunities, multiple golf courses as well as antique shops and some of the nation’s finest wineries. Within a very short distance of our meeting facility are some very fine restaurants of all types of cuisine.

The Hampton Inn is located at 486 Bradley Boulevard, Richland, WA 99352. It sits beside the Columbia River with a five-mile paved walking trail bordering the river. The particulars are as follows:

Rooms: 130 non-smoking rooms with easy access to the parking lot or a river view. Each room is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, data-ports and complimentary Wi-Fi.

City Side: $119.00*

Riverside non-balcony: $178.00

Riverside balcony : $187.00 

*Please be aware when booking your reservation, you will be quoted a price of $146 p/night, but you will only be charged $119 p/night when you check out.

You may be quoted a lower price from Expedia, etc., but those prices have limited availability, with no cancellations, do not include breakfast, and you must pay in advance. 

Be sure attendees confirm their departure date at check in to avoid an early departure fee.

Pets:   Pets are allowed at a daily non-refundable pet fee of $25.00 plus tax per night. Subject to additional fees for excessive damage/cleaning upon checkout. Please inquire with Front Desk about pet friendly rooms upon booking.

Cutoff date: The Hampton Inn will hold these room rates until Monday, September 16, 2024.  These same rates will be available for three days prior to the Feast and for one day after.   

Amenities: Breakfast is included with up to two breakfasts per room/per day. There is an indoor swimming pool, fitness center, business center, EV charging and laundry facilities. 

Activities: There will be an Opening Night Reception, Wenesday, Oct 16^th starting at 6:00pm, a mid-Feast BBQ lunch and a Farewell Luncheon on the 8^th Day.

Local area: Enjoy visiting a community that offers fishing, boating, and water-skiing opportunities as well as antique shops and wineries. Richland has a rich cultural community and visitors will enjoy taking in performances from symphony, to ballet, to community theater troupes. Richland offers bass and steelhead fishing, beautiful and challenging golf courses, and a variety of activities.  Richland’s waterfront has two marinas; docks and piers; a five-mile paved trail for walking, jogging, biking, rollerblading and stroller pushing, and three public golf courses.  A state-of-the-art skateboard park and a farmer’s market along with some of the best restaurants you’ll ever experience!

Food: There are a number of excellent restaurants within walking distance of the Hampton Inn.

If you are flying to the Feast, the Pasco, Tri-Cities Airport is your best bet. It is 7.2 miles from the Hampton Inn. If you need transportation from the airport to the Feast site, the Hampton does provide a shuttle for airport pickups and drop offs.
